Sanna has also participated as an actress in various commercials, music videos and in dance and video art and has worked for many years as a voice actor. She was also nominated for the Outstanding Actress award in the Monte Carlo TV- festival in 2011 for her role in the series “Helppo Elämä”.
Sanna is also working as a yoga instructor and occasionally leads physical theatre workshops (e.g. two workshops and presentations of physical theatre in the festival ManInFest in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in the festival M.I.M in Montpellier, France and as a Guest movement teacher for Summer Course at the IAB, Institute of the Arts, Barcelona).
In 2019 Sanna participated as a resident artist in Make a Move, Creative Europe programme, in Rijeka, Croatia and Targu-Mures, Romania. She was also a resident artist in 2018 in KAI Residencia de Arte e Investigación in the Sacred Valley area, Peru. She has been selected as a resident artist for Trinacria Open Residency, which will take place in Sicily, Italy, in July/August 2022.
She also works as a producer in theatre and film.
